Hosea 11: 1: When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
The above verse from Hosea had a compound fulfillment. The first fulfillment was when Moses who was raised as a prince in the household of Pharaoh was later called out of Egypt and sent to the wilderness to be trained by God. The second fulfillment was when Israel who were slaves in Egypt were brought out of bondage under the ministry of Moses.
The third fulfilment was when Joseph and Mary took Jesus to Egypt when Herod was killing the young Hebrew males, and the Angel of the LORD later appeared in a dream and told Joseph to return to the land of Israel after Herod was dead (Matthew 2: 19 – 20).
The fourth fulfilment happened in 1954 when Brother Branham was in Cairo, Egypt waiting to board a flight to Israel and demonstrate the Messiah sign to the Jews, but God spoke to the prophet and told him not to go, so the prophet changed his flight and went to Greece instead.
