Exodus 23:31: And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
God promised Israel that the land they were to possess would stretch from the river to the sea. This promise appears in multiple places throughout the scriptures, as do the words “river” and “sea.” But what is also important to note is the use of the word “Philistines,” when God said that the boundaries of the Promised Land was to be from the sea of the Philistines to the river.
The Philistines became the modern Palestinians whose hatred of Israel extends all the way back to the conquest of the Promised Land under Joshua. Their hatred of Israel and their bloodthirst to annihilate the Jewish people is summarized in a chant they utter, a chant that multitudes around the world now shout along with them: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!”
It is no accident then that the same two key words given in God’s promise to Israel concerning the land are used in the Palestinian chant today. Their chant is an inversion of God’s promise, and requires the elimination of every Jew living in the land, from the river to the sea. It is Satan behind it all, promising to destroy the promise of God. It is an anti-promise that will surely fail.
