America and the Tabernacle

A most fascinating resemblance becomes apparent when we take a map of the United States and compare it with the pattern of the tabernacle that God instructed Moses to build. Furthermore, when we look at the ministry of the prophet in these last days, especially as the time drew near for him to preach the seven seals, we find that his movement in the United States matched the movement of the high priest on the Day of Atonement. But first, let us take a moment to see how the furniture of the tabernacle closely aligns with key American states and their outstanding qualities when the pattern of the tabernacle is laid over the American map.

The Brazen Altar (or Altar of Sacrifice) is situated in the vicinity of Kentucky and Tennessee, which had a tremendous outpouring of revival in the late 1700’s and early 1800’s, and which later spread to other states. This time of revival saw many people come to Christ, who is the perfect sacrifice that was once offered for us on the cross of Calvary. The Laver where the priests would wash themselves is situated near the mighty Mississippi River, whilst the Menorah, that was fueled by olive oil, is situated near Texas and Oklahoma, the leading oil-producing states of the U.S.

The Table of Shewbread is situated by Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota, all of which are the breadbasket states of the U.S., famous for their flat, fertile stretches of land where grains used for making bread grow very well. The Altar of Incense is situated in Colorado, which means “Red” in the Spanish language. The burning incense and the smoke that went up from it was actually reddish in its colour. The veil that separates the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies is located on the Continental Divide, whilst the Ark of the Covenant overlaid with gold sat near California where America’s biggest gold rush occurred.

As the High Priest would move in a westward direction, from the Outer Court to the Holy of Holies in order to present the sacrificial blood before God on the Day of Atonement, and would then return to the Outer Court to stand before the congregation as a manifested sign of God’s acceptance of the nation and the forgiveness of all sin committed in the past year, so a similar scene was witnessed in the life of our prophet. With his church located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, in the eastern United States, the prophet and his family then moved to Arizona in the western United States where he was caught up into the constellation of the seven Angels, and was commissioned by God to return back to Jeffersonville and preach the seven seals. This movement of the prophet from East to West, and then back East again, to declare to the Bride the great revelation that God had given him was a perfect fulfilment of what happened each year on Israel’s Day of Atonement when the high priest that represented the people to God would move from East to West, and then back East again.
