Genesis 1: 27: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
God made man in His own image and has made us fearfully and wonderfully (Psalm 139: 14), yet science wants to transcend God’s design of reproduction via the marriage covenant, and create a special race of human beings using cloning. But when God sent His Son as the Redeemer to restore fallen man to his rightful position and standing with God, cloned human beings were never a part of His redemptive plan. Of course, whether science succeeds in cloning a human being and goes on to perfect this dark art, it does not detract from the fact that there is an evil intent behind replicating exact genetic copies of other human beings.
The quest to clone human beings is all part of Satan’s plan to fashion his own race of people who are entirely subservient to his evil will; and if successful and perfected, cloning will represent a further erosion of whatever residual image of God there is in the human race. God cannot and will not save monster creatures bred in the labs of wicked men and devoid of any good whatsoever. For now, it is the fear of breeding freakish creatures that keeps scientists in check as the relevant authorities weigh-up the potential ramifications of it.
If the Lord tarries and time goes on, human clones will surely become a reality in the near future, and the resultant race, along with their counterparts in the animal kingdom, will represent Satan’s final insult to God, for he will have succeeded in turning the world upside down. Far more delightful to him is the ease with which he will control the earth and all its contents. It will represent the climax of Satan’s kingdom, and the one he vowed to establish on the earth. The fall of creation will then be complete, with the earth eventually becoming populated by irredeemable human beings. Rather than repair the damage as God promised to do when man fell in the beginning (Genesis 3: 15), God has this time promised to burn up the earth with fire before the fall of human beings enters a new chapter in the world of cloning.
