Revelation 4: 5: And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
The Book of Revelation mentions in four places of lightnings, thunderings, voices, and an earthquake. The first place where we read of lightnings, thunders, and voices (with the omission of the earthquake) is in Revelation 4: 5, where they are connected with the Throne of God. They are then written of again in Revelation 8: 5, Revelation 11: 19, and Revelation 16: 18, but this time accompanied with an earthquake to represent God’s wrath and Divine judgment upon the earth.
This is very interesting to know because in 1964 whilst hunting javelina (a pig that is native to America), the Holy Spirit told the prophet to pick up a rock and throw it into the air. As he did so, he declared to those hunting with him that the Glory of God would be seen in the following days and that judgment would start on the earth. The very next day the Pillar of Fire (lightnings) descended, there were three claps of thunder (thunderings), and the Voice of God spoke (voices), declaring judgment upon the west coast of America; this was followed by a massive earthquake on March 26, which shook the world and almost sank the west coast of Alaska. The time of judgment upon the earth had begun.
