Joshua 6: 20: So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
The Berlin Wall came to symbolize the Iron Curtain, or the ideological split between East and West that existed in Europe and between the Soviet Union and the United States. With its construction beginning in 1961, the wall was expanded and fortified in the succeeding years as well as being heavily guarded, but on November 9, 1989, the wall and all that it represented came to an end and it was knocked down. To this day, the Berlin Wall remains one of the most powerful and enduring symbols of the Cold War.
The Bible records a similar event in the Book of Joshua where a woman named Rahab was shut inside the walls of Jericho, but when the children of Israel passed by, then the wall of the city was broken down so that the elect could be set free. This event was a shadow of what happened in 1989. The Berlin Wall was knocked down, and the Iron Curtain was opened up. It was God who attacked the wall, because there was elect seed behind the Iron Curtain that the message of the hour had to reach.
Joshua was the destroying angel moving through the land, and when Israel were going to be positionally placed in their inheritance, it was the same time that the wall of Jericho fell. The Berlin Wall had to fall in the time when the Holy Spirit as the destroying Angel is moving through the earth, but in that same hour, elected Gentiles were being set free and positionally placed in Christ by the same Holy Spirit that set them free. Rahab represented those last elected ones, Gentiles with the Token on display in the hour of judgment.
