As with any judicial system in the world, the heavenly court of God processes a case with an investigation, an indictment, a trial, and lastly imprisonment for the guilty who will then await the execution of their sentence. In the New Zealand court system for example, there are three levels of court; the first is the district court, then there is the high court, and lastly, there is the supreme court. A case may be appealed till it reaches the supreme court and the final ruling is given. The laws of the land may vary from nation to nation, and what is legal today may become illegal tomorrow. But with God it is very different. His Word does not change! He is Absolute authority! and there is no challenging nor appealing of His decisions.
In the last days, Christ has come down wigged as the supreme Judge, and the whole world has undergone the great judicial process of His heavenly court. An investigation has been made as it was with Sodom when angels went down to the city and examined the gravity of accusation against it (Genesis 18: 20 – 22: And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.). So investigating angels have sped throughout the world, described as UFO’s by those that see them, and have gathered their evidence. 2 Chronicles 16: 9 puts it very nicely: For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth…
Next there is an indictment where a formal notice is given to the accused party of the crime believed to have been committed by them, and contains the basic information of the charges laid. On July 7, 1963, the prophet served an indictment upon this generation for the second crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Having gathered His evidence from the Word, the prophet laid very accurate charges that would soon be proven in the great trial that would follow. In 1964, the trial was conducted in five messages preached by the prophet on April 5, April 12, April 19, April 27, and June 21. In the great court case, the Word was put on trial with charges laid against It for breach of promise. After examination of the evidence was made, it was found that those laying the charges had no grounds to do so, and the earlier indictment made by the prophet against this generation for turning down the Word was proven true.
The verdict of the heavenly court concerning this generation was then given: Guilty! Having been found guilty, the whole world has been imprisoned. People are walking around on the earth but their souls are in prison now. What the prophet saw in the Region of the Lost way back in 1923 has materialized on the earth in these last days, and they are dead men walking! awaiting the execution of their sentence at the Great White Throne when they will be cast into the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20: 15: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.).
