The prophet of God made a profound statement in the message “One in a million,” preached on April 24, 1965, saying that the natural birth is more of a mystery than the virgin birth. Now what exactly does this mean, and how can a natural birth be more outstanding than the much talked about virgin birth? It is actually quite straightforward to comprehend with a little explanation.
The sperm and egg were created by God in the womb of Mary who was but an incubator to bring Jesus to the birth. This Divine infusion of life produced a baby boy who would grow into the man Jesus, and Jesus’ appearance of both bodily form and feature would be exactly as God intended Him to be. Thus when God placed the sperm and egg in Mary’s womb and mixed the two together, they contained the precise blend of DNA to build the body of our Savior and Redeemer.
But with us who are mortals born by sex into fallen bodies, the process of our forming and shaping is vastly more complicated and a whole lot more amazing than simply creating the exact blend as God did for Jesus in the womb of Mary. We are the product of six thousand years of ancestry, whereby our forefathers moved all around the world, crossing oceans, fighting wars, facing plague and famine, surviving disasters, and so much more. They married wives, raped women, or visited brothels etcetera, and children were born, all the way down through the ages, until you came into existence, to look exactly like your theophanic representation in Heaven.
When the prophet recounted his life story on July 20, 1952, he told of how he saw the theophany of his wife Hope after she had died. He spoke of her beautiful dark hair hanging down to her shoulders and of her black snappy eyes gazing upon him. Hope’s entire ancestry all the way back to the Garden of Eden took various twists and turns, was filled with all kinds of horrors and heartaches and misfortune, and also had smatterings of good times and happiness, but ultimately, everything that happened in her ancestral past was necessary to blend specific DNA together throughout the ages that she might come into existence and match her theophany exactly.
This is why the natural birth is far more mysterious and mind-blowing than the virgin birth, because for God to bring you into existence, that you might look exactly like your theophany, it would take the most brilliant of planning, the most exact and precise of genetic blending, and the careful overwatch of the lives of your forefathers, preserving them until their life-stream that contained you had been placed in the womb ordained by God to receive it. To conclude; when God created the sperm and egg in the womb of Mary, they contained the exact ingredients to build the body of Jesus as God intended Him to be. But with us, to get the exact ingredients and bring them together as sperm and egg, it would take the entire history of the world and complex combinations of men and women to do that.
