Matthew 18: 10: Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
Every son and daughter of God has an angel (or theophany) in Heaven, and that angel is their eternal representation. Whilst having representation in Heaven, a son or daughter of God also has an eternal gene of God in their soul, which means that they were predestinated to hear and receive the Word for their age. We see then that there are two eternals connected with the believer: an eternal attribute of God in the soul and an eternal representation in Heaven, but what it takes to align the two is for the Eternal One Himself (the Holy Ghost) to come by the new birth and establish the connection. When the two are in alignment, then the gene of God in the soul can hear from its representation in Heaven (you are now hearing from your theophany that beholds the Father’s face).
