Luke 18: 8: I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
When Jesus spoke of His second coming, He did not say “When I come again, will I find faith on the earth?” but instead He said, “When the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?” Jesus used this very particular phrasing to show that when He comes a second time, He is not coming in His corporal body but will use a different body to hide Himself behind.
When the prophet stepped onto the scene in these last days, he was “a” son of man (Revelation 10: 7) revealing “the” Son of Man (Revelation 10: 1). Jesus was veiled or hidden in the body of the prophet, and demonstrated the Messianic sign of discernment through the prophet, showing that He was here again, hidden in a little man from Kentucky. The prophet lived such an exemplary life that people actually mistook him for Jesus Christ and were baptizing in the name of William Branham! Such was the impact and influence of the prophet’s ministry, but hidden behind the human skin was Jesus Christ.
